On Request for an Eggless Cookie Recipe

It was requested that I share my eggless cookie recipe, and so I thought I would. Only, the great thing is it's not just a recipe for eggless cookies, it's a recipe for an egg substitute! I have used it in cakes, cookies, pancakes, breads, and other baked goods, and it has worked well just about everytime.

So without further ado...

Egg Substitute

2 Tbs water
1 Tbs oil
2 tsp baking powder

  2. Yep. Sorry I wasn't clear about that in the post. (Enjoy the dough!)

  3. Lee wanted me to note that we also use this recipe for non-baked items such as homemade ice cream - except we leave out the baking powder. It works great! :)

  5. Andrea - We have a hand crank ice cream freezer. We brought it with us from the States. I'm not sure the recipe would work without one, but Robert has seen them in the capitol. I'd still be willing to share the recipe though.

  6. I'm going to add this to my egg free recipes. I wish it was so we could lick the spoon more freely but sadly it looks like both my boys are allergic to eggs (and dairy) Thanks for sharing
